The design approach for Art House was influenced by an ode to the old movie theatres that have always been the more traditional venue for independent movies. The classic ArtDeco style of those old theatres has been brought in by the use of a geometric pattern and the colour palette, but with a modern twist. The logo graphic and wordmark are a showcase of the Art House’s personality; Artsy, welcoming and casually chic. The brand identity that Art House will be embarking on is one that feels unique, stylish but still approachable. The consumers will be able to recognize and associate the logo and wordmark with what Art House is, a modern take on an independent movie theatre experience that throws out the conventional experience and brings its consumers an experience that is beyond comfort and convenience. Expect something different, something that will surprise you!
